Service Level Agreement

Effective Date: August 18, 2026 · Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Short version: Service-level commitments are defined in Enterprise agreements. If you're on the Free, Pro, or Team plan, our Services are provided without a formal SLA — see our Terms of Service for the standard disclaimers that apply instead.

Enterprise SLA

Quantrolix Enterprise customers receive uptime, support-response, and incident escalation commitments that are negotiated individually and documented in that customer's Enterprise agreement, because the right commitment depends on which applications, integrations, and deployment model (cloud or on-prem) a given customer uses.

If you are an Enterprise customer and cannot locate your SLA terms, or you are evaluating Enterprise and want to discuss SLA options before signing, contact sales@quantrolix.ai.

Free, Pro & Team Plans

We work to keep every Quantrolix application available and responsive, and our Trust badges on the homepage reflect that our infrastructure is monitored around the clock. However, Free, Pro, and Team plans do not carry a contractual uptime or response-time guarantee. Services on these plans are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, as described in our Terms of Service.
