How do I create an account?
Open any Quantrolix application and tap or click "Sign Up." A single Quantrolix account works across all of our apps.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings (Apple > Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or through the Quantrolix SaaS dashboard.
How do I delete my account and data?
Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account within any Quantrolix app, or email privacy@quantrolix.com with the subject "Account Deletion." We will cascade the deletion across all Quantrolix databases within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email privacy@quantrolix.com with the subject "Data Export Request." We will provide a JSON export of all personal data associated with your account within 30 days.
Which platforms are supported?
All Quantrolix apps are available on macOS. Most are also available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). See individual App Store listings for platform details.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@quantrolix.com with the app name, a description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
